It’s Not About Erasing the Past.
Its About Upcycling It.
You can't talk your way out of a nervous system response. Standard talk therapy is powerful, but sometimes it only trims the weeds. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) pulls them out by the root.
But I don't just use standard protocols. I use Relational EMDR.
We don't just "process data." We prioritize attunement and safety. We work together to help your nervous system digest old wounds so they stop showing up as anxiety, shut-down, or "not-enoughness" in your daily life.
Â
Individual EMDR
The Deep Dive. We work one-on-one to metabolize past trauma, regulate your nervous system, and build a compassionate internal relationship. Best for: Complex trauma, anxiety, and deep personal growth.
Couples & Family EMDR
The System Reset. Trauma impacts our relationships. We work together to de-escalate conflict cycles and process the shared wounds that keep you stuck in defensive patterns. Best for: Partners or families breaking generational cycles.
EMDR Intensives
The Accelerated Path. Skip the weekly wait. We set aside large blocks of time (half-day or full-day) to do months of processing in a single sitting. Best for: Fast-tracking relief or clients traveling to me.
 Adjunct EMDR
The Catalyst. I work as a specialist alongside your primary talk therapist for a focused period to target specific memories using EMDR. Best for: Targeted work without leaving your current therapist.
How We Work Together
Deep healing requires space, but it also requires a rhythm that fits your life. While Intensives and Couples work have their own unique structures, here is the standard framework for individual therapy:
The Foundation
90-Minute Intake
We begin with a deep-dive onboarding session to establish safety, set goals, and map out the history we want to upcycle.
Â
Â
The Depth
60 or 90-Minute Sessions
You have options. We can utilize 90-minute sessions for deep reprocessing without feeling rushed, or standard 60-minute sessions for focused integration.
Â
The Momentum
Weekly Cadence
We start with weekly sessions to establish safety and momentum. As your nervous system stabilizes, we collaboratively decide when to transition to bi-weekly support.
Is This the Right Path for You?
This approach is designed for clients who are ready to go deep.
- You are ready to prioritize yourself. You are willing to commit to the process because you know that consistency creates safety.
- You want space to breathe. You value having options for longer sessions so deep processing isn't cut off by the clock.
- You value flexibility. You are comfortable with Online sessions (or coming to Killington for in-person work) to fit your life.
- You are done with "Band-Aids." You aren't looking for a quick fix; you are looking for a shift in how you relate to yourself and the world.
