EMDR Therapy in Vermont for Individuals, Couples, and Families

In-person support near Killington, VT and secure online therapy for clients in VT, NH, NC, & SC.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are carrying more than they let on. On the outside, life may look fine—but inside, something doesn’t feel settled. You might be tired of the same emotional cycles, relationship patterns, and internal pressure that won’t let up, no matter how much you accomplish.

In this space, we slow down. We gently explore how past experiences—even ones you might not think “count”—are shaping how you respond, relate, and feel today.

Rooted in the Work

In addition to working with clients, I mentor and train other therapists in the craft of EMDR. As Faculty at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, I help new clinicians learn how to support their clients in meaningful, lasting ways.

Why this matters for your therapy: Teaching is how I keep growing. I am constantly refining my skills and staying mentored by leaders in the field, including Deany Laliotis. This ensures that our work together isn't just "by the book"—it is informed by the most advanced, attuned, and effective approaches available today.

My Clinical Framework

  • Relational EMDR Therapy: Advanced training since 2019. Focusing on the relationship between past trauma and present-day patterns.

  • Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP): Specialized support for healing deep attachment wounds.

  • The Art of Holding Therapy: Supporting perinatal and postpartum families through the transitions of parenthood.

  • Attachment & Family Systems: Understanding how your history shapes your current relationships.

A Note on technology and privacy

As a small business owner, I use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems to streamline scheduling and billing—so the process of therapy feels easy for you.

However, my clinical work is strictly human-to-human. I do not use AI (artificial intelligence) to record, transcribe, or document your sessions. Your story belongs to you, not a database. Our work together is grounded in attunement, connection, and real-time care—without an algorithm listening in.

Not Quite Ready, But Curious?
