Rooted in the Palmetto State
My clinical journey is deeply intertwined with South Carolina. Earning my Master’s Degree at Winthrop University in Rock Hill was a pivotal chapter in my life, and the years I spent living and practicing in the region gave me a profound appreciation for the South Carolina community.
Though I am currently practicing from Killington, Vermont, to be near family, I maintain my license and my connection to the Palmetto State with a long-term goal of returning. I understand the unique cultural nuances of South Carolina—from the fast-growing communities of the Upstate to the historic charm of the Lowcountry. I provide a high-fidelity telehealth experience that brings specialized trauma care to the state where my professional roots began.
A Neuro-Affirming Approach to Upcycling Trauma
I specialize in upcycling trauma—a process of taking the difficult, often fragmented pieces of your past and repurposing them into a resilient foundation for your future. My practice is dedicated to the ADHD and Neurodivergent community, ensuring that our work honors the way your brain is naturally wired.
-
Neuro-Affirming EMDR: We adapt the standard protocols to fit your sensory needs and cognitive pacing, making therapy a partnership rather than a clinical requirement.
-
Complex Trauma & Attachment: Addressing the "stuck" points that interfere with your relationships and self-worth.
-
Support for Professionals: High-level care for leaders in Charleston’s medical hub, Greenville’s tech sector, and beyond.
