Even though I do not bill insurance directly, most of my clients still use their insurance benefits.
I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. Most PPO health plans have OON benefits that reimburse you for 50%–80% of the session cost after you meet your deductible. You can also use your HSA or FSA card for all payments.

For those seeking focused, accelerated healing, I offer EMDR Intensives. These are held online or in-person and consist of 3–5 consecutive days of therapy.
Unlike weekly sessions, intensives allow us to work for 3 to 6 hours a day. This format bypasses the need to "open and close" a session every hour and is ideal for clients who want to make significant progress in a condensed timeframe.
